click on it and select "Install ActiveX Control" or "Run ActiveX Control".
- If you are pretty sure java is installed on your computer but it
says otherwise above, try clicking here.
- You might try clicking the "Deleting Offline" button, although that will also delete any progress notes you have entered while offline and haven't uploaded yet.
