Truly exceptional customer support is an essential part of our service, and is one of the things that sets us apart from our competitors. Since our revenue is directly dependent on how well our customers are doing, it is in our best interest to make sure that they are doing as well as possible. In addition to handling issues relating to our software and service, we also field a lot of questions about starting up a new business, computer issues, networking issues, as well as questions about navigating rules, regulations, and bureaucracies. Pretty much the only thing we can’t try to help with is anything clinical related.

Help Desk

Our primary means of providing support is our help desk. The help desk has dedicated, knowledgeable, full time staff whose primary responsibility is to resolve issues. The help desk is available 24 hours a day, although major issues can only be resolved during standard business hours.
