We know that accessiblilty to a patient's information is top priority. Aside from scheduled maintenance, we strive for 99% or more uptime on our software and services.
Part of our service is keeping providers and organizations informed and trained on any changes regarding billing, behavioral health news, or the many features of Milan. To do so, we provide free on-site demonstrations and up to 4 on-site trainings per customer per year.
